I’m going to be using 120VAC instead of a battery pack.  This is mostly because the surplus panels from Electronic Goldmine were too much of a bargain to pass up, and they’re 120VAC.  I guess it’s not so much of a toy anymore, so much as it is a “thing.”  Since I’m using insulated wire inside the fish instead of conductive thread, I’m going to crimp ring terminals on the ends of the wire, then sew the wires into the soft switches with conductive thread.  This idea came up after having some problems trying to attach insulated wires on my previous 2 soft switch attempts.
